Born in 1972, Guisborough North Yorkshire, I graduated from Mima School of Art and Design in 2019 with a MA (Distinction) in Fine Art. I produce paintings, drawings and site-specific wall paintings and regularly exhibit my work locally and nationally.
I live and work in Middlesbrough in North East England. Solo exhibitions include DOWN TOWN, The Masham, Middlesbrough; Above Ground, Gallagher and Turner, Newcastle and Altered Space, Platform A Gallery. Two of my paintings were acquired for MIMA ‘s (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art) Middlesbrough Collection in 2020 and I have recently produced two works for a Public Art Project in Middlesbrough. During Summer 2023 I will be undertaking an artist’s residency at VARC (Visual Arts in Rural Communities) in Northumberland as part of an artistic development programme with The Auxiliary.
