I am intrigued by the partially revealed, the traces offering insight into a tangible connection, in both an historical and aesthetic sense, and our innate ability to extract information from the fragile remnants which remain.
Mark making is paramount throughout my work, obscured symbols and altered text offer a universal linguistic affinity, while an overlaid connective colour palette allow the works to be read as a whole.
